My husband worked with Sean for a knee injury that could have gotten him dropped out of a very high level military training course that he trained 2 yrs for to make the cut. He did all the exercises Sean gave him during his treatment and the pain and inflammation (that had been there for months) Was gone within 2 weeks. He saw several other therapist to treat his injury without luck...until he went to SD Sports Acupuncture. Our family is forever grateful!

I've been to many an acupuncturist in San Diego and Sean is one of the best I've visited. There's a reason why I always come back to him whenever I have issues. I can tell him my symptoms and I am guaranteed to feel better by the end of the appointment. He is very thoughtful, a great listener and really knows what he's talking about. Sometimes you can go to a primary care doctor and have them treat you like you're imagining your symptoms, but Sean really hears you and adjusts his treatments to cater to your body's needs every visit. I started coming to him for my back problems a few years ago, but now I come for anything that's bothering me from my sedentary lifestyle as an Engineer! HIGHLY recommend Sean!

Absolutely incredible work done here. One session and Sean had my shoulder moving much better than the past two years of treatment from all sorts of other modalities. He actually helps you get better, not keeps you trailing and coming back for more. The use of other modalities such as cupping, guasha and Chinese medicinal tinctures gives a very inclusive and well rounded aspect to his practice.

Incredible value! I finally got an accurate diagnosis for a chronic achilles problem and am now able to run pain free again. Update - Sean treated me again - in 2024 for two knee problems. Once again he quickly diagnosed the problems and got me back on the bike. Absolutely amazing understanding of sports injuries and solutions.

Sean Davis has brought me back from the brink of ruin more times than I can count. I am a chef, and I put my body through hell. I have been told by every masseuse, chiropractor, or acupuncturist that I've ever seen, that my body feels like a sack of concrete, from misuse. A few days ago, I left work, literally crying like a toddler, bc my back hurt so bad. I called Sean, and he made an appointment. I went in, and I couldn't even relax into the table. Within ten minutes, I was able to relax my full body and sink into the table. I cried again. Not bc it hurt, but bc the sudden relief of pain was so amazing that I just couldn't help it. By the end of the treatment, I could stand upright, and touch my toes again. Sean Davis has a vast knowledge of the body and how it works together. He is incredibly thorough and asks questions to get to the root of your problems. In short, he is a miracle worker, bc without him I, don't think I'd be working.

"Dr. Uzi is magical. I hurt my back in the same spot that I hurt it 7 years ago and it took me four months to recover from my herniated disc. This was only my 2nd session with him in one week, and I have 90% mobility in my back. I am so surprised by my quick recovery, but at the same time, he took as long as I needed in sessions to feel better and even offered extra time with the acupuncture needles in my back, as well as healing tape.
